Hampton Inn Madison East

Overall, an excellent experience. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice. The shower pressure was slightly low. The lobby was nicely decorated, and there were crayons for coloring and several board games for families to play. The pool and hot tub were clean and pleasant. I really liked the pool area, and there is a big window into the breakfast area, which is nice. The breakfast was good, and had a nice range of hours, 6:00 to 10:00. The only negative I can include is the price. It was slightly high for the value.

This hotel has always been my first choice when in the area. The hotel is an older style Hampton with masonry floors and ceilings which make for a smaller room, but very quiet. The rooms are nice but, as stated, on the smaller size. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants. There are several low end hotels around this location but I have never had any safety issues.

I always stay at Hampton Inn because I know it will be *spotlessly* clean and have a comfortable bed/sheets - and this location is no exception. It's a bit older but nicely remodeled and smelled nice and had all the regular Hampton Inn amenities. We stayed here before a flight out of MSN, due to it's proximity to the airport. On the 4th floor we had a bit of trouble with the hot water not being very 'hot' and poor pressure, but that's typical for an upper floor. The bathroom products included were fanstastic!

Staff are very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Pillows are not my favorite but they work. Very happy with the room

This hotel is probably the best Hampton Inn Ive stayed at. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast! Plus a pool! I didn't use it but it's still nice to know they have one. It has a great location too, close to the mall and downtown. This is definitely my favorite hotel in Madison so far!!!

Thanks so much, Lisa, for all of the help booking a room! Everything was done professionally, with no surprises. For example, additional parking fees, minimum night stays, or the initial rate changes on the second night, as with other hotels in the area. They also honor Veteran discounts. Some hotels offer military discounts only to active-duty personnel. I really appreciate your thoroughness, thank you!

We enjoyed our recent visit. The hotel feels brand new. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking. Room service is great. I appreciate the complementary breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for the above reasons, and also because it is very close to the interstate highway.

Our family stayed at this Hampton Inn while on a ski trip in Wisconsin. The staff does an excellent job. David at the front desk was very personable and helpful. There was a large youth sports group staying at the hotel, with many demands and he was professional and worked very hard to make the guests happy. Bryanna (sp?) was very helpful trying to help with my multiple room reservations and special requests.
